||This is a scene from the Nanso Satomi Hakkenden, written by Kyokutei Bakin during the Edo period. Kuniyoshi Utagawa, which is now gaining worldwide popularity as Ukiyoe artist, was ignited popularity by the samurai paintings by Suikoden.
"Nanso Satomi Hakkenden" is a story about the Satomi family, a small daimyo of Minamiboso, who fights against the powers of the time, Sadamasa Ougigayatsu and the ghost spirits who control Ougigayatsu.
It is the story in which the Satomi family's princess, Fushihime's beads are scattered in various places, and eventually eight heroes with each ball play an active role.
One of the eight protagonists, Shino Inuzuka, was one day chased by the army of Koga Kubou, and was cornered by the roof of a large building called Horyukaku near the Tone River.
However, Shino, who had the magic sword, Murasame, was strong and defeated the samurai of Koga Kubou.
Then, Koga army released the Gempachi Inukai, which had been captured until then, and made him fight Shino.
Both Shino and Genpachi were heroes with balls, but they fought without noticing each other.
Both of them were strong, and with fighting together, they fell from the roof to the Tone River.
After that, the two who were saved will join forces to fight for the Satomi family.
It is also said to be the original work of Dragon Ball.
