Yoshitoshi Tsukioka drew Kenshin Uesugi's brave approach to the headquarters of his nemesis, Shingen Takeda, in the 4th Battle of Kawanakajima in 1561. Kenshin Uesugi is said to have the strongest tactics in the Warring States period and has almost never lost in lifetime. Kenshin Uesugi is said to be the dragon of Echigo, against the tiger of Kai, Shingen Takeda, the lion of Sagami, Ujiyasu Hojo. When Ujiyasu Hojo attacked Kanto area’s generals, Kenshin dispatched to the Kanto area according to the request of Kanto generals, then the castle in the Hojo were attacked one after another by Kenshin. Ujiyasu stayed in Odawara Castle and managed to surpass Kenshin's attack, because he knew he could not match strong Kenshin in the field. Shingen Takeda, who was the strongest in terms of strategy, also tried to avoid fighting head-on with Kenshin as much as possible. Kenshin Uesugi, was also known as the incarnation of Bishamonten God, was feared by Nobunaga Oda, and was the samurai who penetrated righteousness throughout his life.
